In addition to foreign-language interpretation, Global Village now offers ASL interpretation to the San Diego community. The National Association of the Deaf recognizes that "American Sign Language (ASL) is the backbone of the American deaf culture." We strive to build a bridge of communication by offering American Sign Language interpretation services to the entire San Diego Community. We provide interpreters for medical appointments, interviews, educational assessments, legal hearings, special events, classes, or conferences.
We strive to conduct our ASL interpretation with the highest level of professionalism and quality. Our ASL interpreters serve to accurately facilitate communication between deaf and hearing individuals. Our Interpreters follow the National Code of Professional Conduct of the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf.
Because we are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, Global Village Language and Cultural Solutions is able to keep costs down and offer the most competitive rates in the area. We understand that with the growing use of American Sign Language in San Diego, language service providers must constantly be adapting as well.
